Do you require a deposit?
10% of total (minimum $100) required within 24h to confirm booking. We confirm everything by phone or text after you submit a quote request.
What if it rains?
We can usually set up on a covered patio, garage, or large indoor area as long as ventilation is reasonable. We're flexible — text us your space and we'll advise.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends fill up 2-3 weeks ahead in peak season (May-October). Weekdays often have same-week availability. Worth asking either way.
What's included in the per-person price?
Hibachi grill, propane, all proteins (chicken / steak / shrimp), fried rice, vegetables, salad, dipping sauces, chef labor, setup, and cleanup. The full experience.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — gluten-free, vegetarian, halal, and nut-free menus on request. Just note it in the booking notes or text us before the event.
